These balms are designed to be used on the entire body, but most people use as a day and night cream on their face. At Kai Tallow, we handcraft every product in-house to ensure the highest levels of purity, potency, and quality.
Our Recommendation
The main differences between our balms lie in their size, the type of fat used (beef suet vs. wild deer), and the primary benefits they offer. If you’re new to tallow, we recommend starting with our Original Tallow Balm. It’s our best seller and is perfect for those looking to enhance their natural skincare routine. This balm pairs beautifully with a gentle cleanser, and we even offer a bundle for that!
If you prefer no essential oils and want the added benefits of an herbal infusion of calendula and lemongrass, we suggest trying the Infused Tallow Balm. This option is also ideal for those with extremely sensitive skin. The Infused Tallow Balm provides a subtle pleasant scent from the herbal infusion, making it the most natural and unscented option among the three. We also have a bundle option featuring Infused!
For those seeking the unique benefits of a truly wild-sourced product, we recommend the Wild Deer Tallow Balm. This balm offers a fatty acid profile known for reducing fine lines and wrinkles, promoting cell turnover, and supporting skin regeneration. This balm provides enhanced anti-aging benefits that, while still present in the Original and Infused balms, are offered here in greater concentration.
